Shipping methods and shipping costs

Orders in Greece do not incur shipping costs or cash on delivery costs if they are over 150€. For orders up to 150€ the shipping cost depends on weight or volume. Our courier company is Speedex, which has the largest distribution network in Greece and the highest reliability. In the rare case that the area in which you reside is not served by Speedex network, our company Ergosimansi.gr will ship the order in an alternative way without any additional cost, in addition to the above.

Shipments to Cyprus and abroad are charged according to the price list shown here.

 

Delivery time of the order

All orders are shipped from our store on the next business day (Monday to Friday), from the day of its construction. Orders in Attica and large urban centers are sent with the courier company of Speedex and are delivered within 1-2 working days, while orders in the rest places of Greece are delivered within 2-3 working days. Delivery time is not specific and usually takes place between 10:00 to 18:00 in most areas of Greece and Cyprus.

If you want a specific delivery time, you will be charged the additional cost set by Speedex.

Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. However, if you wish delivery within Saturday, you will be charged with the additional costs determined by the cooperating transport company.

You can see the status of your order at any time, after logging in to your account in the tab «MY ACCOUNT» of our online store. If your order has been received by the cooperating courier company, you have the opportunity to find out where your parcel is, through the bill of lading number, which is posted on the page «MY ACCOUNT» and is directly linked to the ongoing order.

 

 

Receipt from the store

You can choose to receive your order from our store Ergosimansi, at the 3rd km of the National Road Ioannina - Athens, in Ioannina, upon completing your order. In this case, the products that you ordered will be committed to you for 3 business days and you can, within this time and in store hours [8:45-14:45 & 17:30-21:00 Monday-Friday], come to pick up your parcel. At the end of the above time interval, your order will be canceled automatically. The responsible employees inform you about the status of the order before canceling it.

In case of the change of order which was completed upon receipt from the store, the change is registered by telephone and the product is returned to the partner store. In any other case, the product is sent back for replacement with our charge through Speedex, and the new product is sent by us through the cooperating courier with a charge based on price list, which corresponds to the shipping cost of the product you selected.
