How much does it cost to ship my order?

Shipping cost is affected depending on the volume and weight of the order.

1) Orders over €150: FREE SHIPPING (under conditions)
ALL ERGOPLAY product codes are excluded.

Our company chooses the shipping method either by courier or by bill of lading, depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the product. The shipping cost is free with Speedex for orders up to 20kg and small volume, throughout mainland Greece and islands, except Cyprus. Free shipping over €150 is not valid in case of cash on delivery. It only applies to payments made by debit, credit or Paypal. The shipping cost for orders over 20kg or large volume is made free of charge with the transport company, if your destination is accessible. In case you live in an inaccessible area or your service is not possible, the shipment is free to the nearest office of the transport company and you have to pick it up from there. If you still wish your order to be delivered at an additional cost, let us know so that we can ensure the lowest possible charge for you. For the islands of Greece (e.g. Ionian Islands, Dodecanese, etc.) the transfer is free to the city where the transshipment will take place.

Free shipping over €150 is NOT valid for products in the Ergoplay category.

2) Orders under €150: Calculation depending on weight or volume

Our company chooses the shipping method either by courier or by bill of lading, depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the product.

Orders under €150 are charged with the following shipping costs:

• 3.50€ for shipments with weight 0-2kg
• 3.80€ for shipments with weight  2-3kg
• 5.00€ for shipments with weight  3-4kg
• 6.00€ for shipments with weight  5kg
• 7.00€ for shipments with weight  6 kg
• 8.00€ for shipments with weight  7kg
• 9.00€ for shipments with weight  8kg
• 11.00€ for shipments with weight  9kg
• 13.00€ for shipments with weight from  10 to 15kg
• 16.00€ for shipments with weight from  16 to 18kg
• 18.00€ for shipments with weight from 19 to 20kg

In this case, the shipment is made to the address you indicate.

In case of cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of 2.30€. 

When the shipment is made with a transport company, the shipping cost is calculated after our telephone communication. The shipment is made to the nearest office of the transport company and you have to pick it up from there.
If you still wish your order to be delivered at an additional cost, let us know so that we can ensure the lowest possible charge for you.

In some cases, shipping cost may not be calculated correctly by the system. In this case, our company manager will contact you to inform you about the difference that arises, while you have the right to cancel your order if you disagree with this cost, or choose a different way of delivery.

Delivery time of the order

All orders are shipped and delivered on average in 2-3 business days. Delivery time is not specific and usually takes place between 10:00 to 18:00 in most areas of Greece.

If you want a specific delivery time, you will be charged the additional cost set by Speedex. Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays. However, if you wish delivery within Saturday, you will be charged with the additional costs determined by the cooperating transport company.

You can see the status of your order at any time, after logging in to your account in the tab «MY ACCOUNT» of our online store. If your order has been received by the cooperating courier company, you have the opportunity to find out where your parcel is, through the bill of lading number, which is posted on the page «MY ACCOUNT» and is directly linked to the ongoing order.

Receipt from the store

You can choose to receive your order from our store Ergosimansi, at the 3rd km of the National Road Ioannina - Athens in Ioannina, upon completing your order. In this case, the products that you ordered will be committed to you for 3 business days and you can, within this time and in store hours [8:45-14:45 & 17:30-21:00 Monday-Friday], come to pick up your parcel. At the end of the above time interval, your order will be canceled automatically. The responsible employees inform you about the status of the order before canceling it.

In case of change of the order which was completed upon receipt from the store, the change is registered by telephone and the product is returned to the partner store. In any other case, the product is sent back for replacement with our charge through Speedex, and the new product is sent by us through the cooperating courier with a charge based on price list, which corresponds to the shipping cost of the product you selected.
